2. ### Eligibility and Accounts

* You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. In Korea, users under 14 may not create an AutoDoc account or submit personal information through the Services.
* If you use AutoDoc on behalf of a company, repair shop, association, equipment provider, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
* You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information. You may not impersonate another person, use another person's vehicle information without authorization, or create accounts to manipulate rewards or data quality systems.
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, wallet keys, wallet seed phrases, device access, and authentication methods.
* Digifortune may refuse registration, suspend accounts, restrict features, require verification, or terminate access where necessary for safety, legal compliance, anti-fraud, data quality, security, or ecosystem integrity.

3. ### AutoDoc Services

AutoDoc may provide vehicle profile creation, diagnostic report upload, repair record upload, maintenance record management, AI Agent tools, repair-shop matching, data validation, data credentials, blockchain hash records, data authorization, rewards, enterprise data products, automotive analytics, APIs, SDKs, and other related functions.

Digifortune may update, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law and any separate paid-service terms.

4. ### Vehicle Data Contribution and User Responsibilities

* You must have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority required to submit or authorize Vehicle Data and User Content. This includes vehicle owner authorization, driver authorization, repair customer consent, repair shop authorization, and third-party rights clearance required by law.
* If you are a repair shop or commercial partner, you are responsible for obtaining customer consent before uploading customer vehicle data, customer personal information, service records, photos, estimates, invoices, or diagnostic data to AutoDoc.
* You must not submit false, fabricated, manipulated, misleading, unlawfully obtained, privacy-infringing, confidential, or unauthorized data.
* You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and appropriateness of User Content you submit. Digifortune may review, reject, label, downgrade, remove, suspend, or investigate data that appears incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, harmful, or unlawful.
* Vehicle Data may be combined with device signatures, repair shop confirmations, timestamps, blockchain hashes, wallet addresses, location metadata, or other verification signals to assess credibility, generate credentials, allocate rewards, or provide data services.

5. ### Data License, AI Training, and Commercial Automotive Data Use

By submitting, uploading, generating, authorizing, or contributing User Content through AutoDoc, you grant Digifortune a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, process, analyze, transform, validate, display, transmit, use, and create derivative data products from such User Content for the following purposes:

* operating, maintaining, securing, troubleshooting, and improving the Services;
* creating and maintaining vehicle profiles, diagnostic histories, repair histories, service histories, and data credentials;
* providing AI Agent responses, report interpretation, automotive analytics, and service recommendations;
* validating data quality, detecting fraud, enforcing these Terms, and preserving ecosystem integrity;
* training, testing, validating, fine-tuning, improving, and evaluating AI models, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements;
* creating, licensing, selling, or providing de-identified, aggregated, pseudonymized, or otherwise privacy-protected automotive datasets, analytics, benchmarks, scores, indexes, model inputs, or enterprise data products to third parties such as insurers, OEMs, used car platforms, AI developers, research institutions, fleet operators, repair networks, and parts supply-chain participants.

Enterprise customers or AI partners may use de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise privacy-protected automotive data provided through AutoDoc to develop, train, test, validate, improve, and commercialize their own AI models, automotive analytics, insurance models, pricing tools, repair tools, used car valuation tools, quality monitoring systems, and related products. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, you do not acquire ownership of those models, model weights, outputs, derivative datasets, customer products, or commercial proceeds generated by third parties.

Where User Content contains personal information or information that can identify an individual, Digifortune will process it in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law, user consent, de-identification measures, and data minimization principles. Withdrawal of consent may stop future identifiable processing where required by law, but it may not reverse processing already completed, data already anonymized or aggregated, on-chain records that cannot technically be deleted, or AI models already trained where deletion is technically infeasible.

Unless a separate reward rule or written contract provides otherwise, any points, tokens, credits, or other rewards you receive through AutoDoc are the full compensation for the applicable data contribution or activity. Such rewards are not royalties, profit shares, passive income, investment returns, or entitlement to revenue from downstream AI or enterprise use.

6. ### Data Credentials and Blockchain Records

* AutoDoc may generate Data Credentials to evidence that particular Vehicle Data, repair records, diagnostic reports, user authorizations, or validation events existed or were submitted at a particular time.
* Data Credentials may include on-chain hashes, credential IDs, wallet addresses, signatures, timestamps, metadata, reward records, authorization status, or smart contract interactions. Digifortune does not intend to store complete personal profiles, full repair reports, or raw sensitive documents directly on public blockchains.
* A Data Credential is a verification record, not a guarantee that a vehicle has no accidents, defects, undisclosed repairs, liens, ownership disputes, or safety issues.
* Blockchain records may be public, permanent, irreversible, visible to third parties, and technically difficult or impossible to delete. If you do not accept these characteristics, do not use on-chain credential, wallet, or token functions.
* Digifortune is not responsible for third-party blockchain networks, wallet providers, node operators, gas fees, failed transactions, irreversible transfers, token impersonation, wallet compromise, loss of private keys, regulatory changes, or blockchain network outages.

7. ### AI Agent Disclaimer

* AI Agent outputs are informational and assistive only. They are not final mechanical diagnoses, safety certifications, repair guarantees, insurance advice, legal advice, financial advice, or professional engineering opinions.
* You should not rely on AI Agent outputs as the only basis for vehicle repair, safety, insurance, purchase, sale, or maintenance decisions. For safety-critical issues involving brakes, steering, battery, engine, airbags, electrical systems, accidents, warning lights, or emergency conditions, consult a qualified repair professional, roadside assistance provider, manufacturer, or insurer.
* AI Agent outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable due to limited data, user input errors, model limitations, device errors, missing repair history, abnormal vehicle conditions, or third-party data issues.
* Digifortune may monitor, log, review, and improve AI Agent interactions for safety, quality, analytics, fraud prevention, and model improvement in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. ### Repair Partners and Third-Party Services

* AutoDoc may display or connect you with Repair Partners. Unless Digifortune expressly states that it is the direct seller or service provider, third-party repair, maintenance, parts, insurance, used car, roadside, payment, wallet, or other services are provided by the relevant third party.
* AutoDoc may provide data, search, matching, appointment, quote comparison, communication, payment facilitation, review, or dispute support tools. These tools do not make Digifortune a party to the contract between you and the third party unless expressly stated.
* You are responsible for reviewing the third party's price, quote, work scope, parts, warranty, timeline, cancellation policy, refund policy, and service terms before entering into a transaction.
* Digifortune may review partner credentials, but it does not guarantee the quality, legality, availability, timing, suitability, accuracy, pricing, or outcome of third-party services, except where required by mandatory law.

9. ### Rewards, Tokens, Quality Deposits, and Staking

AutoDoc may make rewards, tokens, points, credits, reputation scores, quality deposits, or staking-like quality assurance features available. These features are designed to support data quality, validation, contributor incentives, ecosystem integrity, or user engagement.

* Rewards are activity-based incentives for eligible ecosystem participation. They are not securities, financial products, investment contracts, profit-sharing rights, interest products, bank deposits, stored value guarantees, or promises of future value.
* Digifortune does not guarantee any reward amount, reward rate, market value, exchange listing, liquidity, convertibility, price stability, tax treatment, or future utility.
* Digital assets may be volatile, illiquid, subject to technical failure, regulatory restrictions, scams, hacks, phishing, token impersonation, loss of keys, and irreversible transaction loss.
* Where quality deposits or staking are made available, they are quality assurance or anti-abuse mechanisms. Fraud, malicious uploads, forged data, multi-account farming, bot activity, reward manipulation, data poisoning, or system abuse may result in suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of rewards, and loss of all or part of a quality deposit.
* You are solely responsible for taxes, reporting obligations, wallet security, private key management, and compliance with laws applicable to your use of rewards or digital assets.
* Digifortune may modify, restrict, pause, or discontinue reward, token, wallet, or staking functions in any jurisdiction where required or advisable due to law, regulatory guidance, partner policies, app store rules, security, or operational risk.

10. ### Fees, Paid Services, Refunds, and Taxes

* AutoDoc may offer free and paid Services, including AI Agent subscriptions, enterprise APIs, data reports, analytics, repair matching, certification, or other paid features.
* Prices, subscription periods, automatic renewal terms, cancellation methods, refund eligibility, and usage limits will be displayed in the Service before purchase or in the applicable checkout flow.
* Digital content, API usage, customized data reports, completed analyses, and services already consumed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.
* Third-party repair, parts, insurance, used car, payment, wallet, or other external services are subject to the third party's own pricing, cancellation, refund, warranty, and tax rules.
* You are responsible for taxes, duties, reporting, and compliance obligations arising from your purchases, sales, rewards, tokens, data revenue, or other activities.

11. ### Acceptable Use

You must not:

* violate any law, regulation, sanctions rule, privacy rule, consumer protection rule, vehicle safety rule, or third-party right;
* submit false, forged, manipulated, unauthorized, stolen, privacy-infringing, or misleading vehicle, diagnostic, repair, identity, payment, wallet, or business data;
* use AutoDoc for insurance fraud, used car fraud, repair fraud, fake estimates, fake accident records, fake service histories, or misrepresentation of vehicle condition;
* attempt to identify, re-identify, profile, track, or target individuals from de-identified, pseudonymized, aggregated, or enterprise data products;
* scrape, harvest, crawl, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by Digifortune;
* attack, overload, bypass, compromise, or interfere with systems, APIs, wallets, smart contracts, access controls, anti-fraud tools, rate limits, or security measures;
* operate multiple accounts, use bots, farm rewards, manipulate reputation, poison datasets, or exploit errors;
* use AI Agent outputs to create fraudulent documents, fake repair records, harmful instructions, malicious code, or unlawful content;
* use the Services if you are subject to applicable sanctions, located in a prohibited jurisdiction, or using the Services for a sanctioned or illegal purpose.

12. ### Intellectual Property

* The Services, AutoDoc marks, logos, designs, interfaces, software, documentation, models, prompts, data schemas, APIs, SDKs, smart contracts, databases, analytics, reports, scores, and platform content are owned by Digifortune or its licensors.
* You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, train competing models from, or create derivative services from AutoDoc materials except as expressly permitted by Digifortune.
* You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you owned it before submission, subject to the license granted in these Terms.
* Feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or improvement proposals you provide may be used by Digifortune without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

13. ### Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

* Digifortune may change, suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the Services due to maintenance, upgrades, security events, legal requirements, regulatory concerns, business changes, partner changes, fraud risk, data quality issues, blockchain issues, or force majeure.
* You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through the account settings or the official AutoDoc support channel available in the Services.
* Digifortune may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, compromise security, manipulate rewards, submit fraudulent data, violate privacy rights, or harm other users, partners, or the ecosystem.
* After account termination, Digifortune may retain information as required for legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, legitimate business purposes, de-identified or aggregated analytics, and irreversible on-chain records.

14. ### Disclaimers and Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Digifortune disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, security, accuracy, reliability, data completeness, data value, model performance, token value, or suitability for any specific repair, insurance, used car, financial, or safety purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digifortune and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business, loss of digital assets, wallet loss, blockchain failure, model output errors, third-party service issues, vehicle repair outcomes, or unauthorized access not caused by Digifortune's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digifortune's total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Digifortune for the relevant Service during the six months before the event giving rise to liability or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.

15. ### Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digifortune and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, User Content, Vehicle Data, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized data submission, fraud, reward manipulation, misuse of AI Agent, or third-party disputes caused by your conduct.

16. ### Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the Cayman Islands will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, unless mandatory consumer, data protection, or other local law requires a different forum or grants you non-waivable rights in your jurisdiction.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the official AutoDoc support channel available through the Services. This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, protecting intellectual property, enforcing confidentiality, responding to security incidents, or complying with legal deadlines.

17. ### Changes and Contact

Digifortune may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted through the Services with a new effective date. Material changes may be notified through the website, application, DApp, account notice, push notification, or other reasonable method. If you continue using the Services after the updated Terms become effective, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

Contact regarding these Terms may be submitted through the official AutoDoc website, application, DApp, account interface, or support channel made available within the Services.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://autodoc-1.gitbook.io/tou/autodoc-term-of-use.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
